Wear comfortable workout clothes. We recommend exercise pants leggings of capri length or longer and a tank top or t-shirt. Exercise is done barefoot or you may choose to wear grip socks.
People of all ages and fitness levels can benefit from taking barre. No dance experience is necessary. Exercises are low impact, creating minimal stress on joints.
Barre classes are 60 minutes long and set to upbeat music to get you motivated to work. Hands-on instructors will guide and help you to correct form so you can get the most out of your workout. Specific muscle groups are worked to fatigue, followed by a stretching sequence.
First time clients should arrive 15 minutes early to provide time to meet your instructor, take a tour of the studio, and fill out a client waiver.
All equipment is provided. Bring water to keep your body hydrated.
We understand that life is hectic and things happen. We ask that if you cannot attend a class that you cancel within two hours of the start time. Otherwise, we will be unable to refund your account for that class.
